Aetheryum uses a token-based system. You add tokens to your balance and tokens are deducted each time you generate a video. You only pay for what you use, with no subscriptions or fixed plans.

No. Aetheryum does not require a subscription. You can add tokens at any time and use them whenever you generate videos.

Do tokens expire?

Tokens may be subject to a validity period of twelve (12) months from the purchase date, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Unused tokens may expire after that period, in line with our Terms & Conditions and any conditions shown at the time of purchase.

Can I get a refund for unused tokens?

Yes, in some cases. Unused tokens may be eligible for a refund if you submit a request within 30 days of purchase, in line with our Terms & Conditions. Tokens that have already been used or applied to a generation are generally non-refundable. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
