Question 1

How does Aetheryum points-based pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Aetheryum uses a points-based system. You buy points and points are deducted each time you generate a video. You only pay for what you use, with no subscriptions or fixed plans.

Question 2

Do I need a subscription to use Aetheryum?

Accepted Answer

No. Aetheryum does not require a subscription. You can buy points at any time and use them whenever you generate videos.

Question 3

Do points expire?

Accepted Answer

Points may be subject to a validity period of twelve (12) months from the purchase date, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Unused points may expire after that period, in line with our Terms & Conditions and any conditions shown at the time of purchase.

Question 4

Can I get a refund for unused points?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in some cases. Unused points may be eligible for a refund if you submit a request within 30 days of purchase, in line with our Terms & Conditions. Points that have already been used or applied to a generation are generally non-refundable. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Question 5

Are points transferable between accounts?

Accepted Answer

No. Points are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to other users.
